Autumn didn’t share anything new or novel。 She basically just repeated what she’s been saying with her Beachbody programs for years。 Also the first half of the book with more like an autobiography than a weight loss book。 I kept thinking “when is she going to get to something that I find useful?” I’m sure for people who have never used beachbody programs, what she shares in this book could be very good。 But it was all stuff I’d heard before。

The book was a lot different than I thought。 I follow her ultimate portion fix and have done her workouts and currently doing her newest。 The look she gave into her past and background was the best for me。 It makes you understand her training style better。 My focus wasn’t loosing weight just a better understanding of the program and some motivation。 I highly recommend this whether you are looking to lose weight or just get health and eat healthy。

I enjoyed the stories Autumn told about her childhood and how that affected her eating/nutrition habits。 There were some heartbreaking aspects for sure, but it was cool to see how her determination and perseverance brought her through! I have loved Autumn since I embarked on her launch of 21 Day Fix and her nutrition program outlined is this book。 She is full of positivity but unwavering in her belief, knowledge and background that make this program a success。 I’m usually disappointed by books surrounding fitness and nutrition because they set unrealistic goals and restrictions。 This is not that! I highly recommend this nutrition lifestyle and , even more so, her fitness programs。
